this information to contact you about any Products on our Site in

outside supplier), we may request certain personally identifiable
information from you on our order form. If so, you must provide contact
information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial

address).
We would use this information for billing purposes and
to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order,
we will use this information to contact you.
Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity
to participate in contests or surveys on the Site. If you participate,
we will request certain personally identifiable information from
you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary,
and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The

these surveys or contests; that company would be prohibited from using
our users' personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
We would not share the personally identifiable information you provide
through a contest or survey with third parties (other than the service
provider who helps conduct such surveys or contests) unless we gave
you prior notice and choice.

may be used for direct dealings with the Persons who have submitted

based on the personally identifiable information you provide us,
we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username if you
have completed a registration requiring such name and any accompanying

only respond to email communications, though we reserve the right
to respond by other means. We assume no obligation to respond
to communications which do not concern Products you have purchased
from us.
Profile
We may store information that we collect through
cookies, log files, clear gifs, or third party sources to create
a "profile" of your preferences. We may tie your personally
identifiable information, or your purchasing history, to information
in the profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing
offers or to improve the Content of the Site for you.
We would not share your profile with third parties except
in aggregate form.
Supplementation of Information
In order to provide certain services to you, we
may occasionally supplement the personal information you submit to
us with information from third party sources, including without limitation
outside providers who sell our Products. E.g., we may use third party
software to verify your identity or address in order to ensure that
we are dealing with the Persons who have identified themselves to

and add it to our existing user database, to better target our advertising
and to provide pertinent offers in which we think you would be interested. To
enrich our profiles of individual users, we may tie this information
to the personally identifiable information they have provided to
us.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We may share aggregated information about our
user base with our suppliers, vendors, or other persons interested
in the operation of the Site. This information does not identify
individual users. We do not link aggregate user data with personally
identifiable information.
Personally identifiable information
We DO NOT share personally identifiable information
with third parties, except for the service providers identified below.
Outside Suppliers
We may use or refer you by link to an outside
seller or shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing
company to bill you for goods and services. We do not know whether
these outside companies would retain, share, store or use personally
identifiable information for any other purposes, and you must read
their privacy policies to so determine. NYMCOR and its Affiliates
are not responsible for the privacy practices of such outside suppliers.
Service Providers
We may use other third parties to provide
services on the Site. When you sign up for services, we may share
personally identifiable information you have provided as necessary
for the third parties to provide such services.
These third parties would agree not to use your personally
identifiable information for any other purpose. However, NYMCOR and
its Affiliates will not be responsible nor liable for any violation
by these third parties of their agreements not to use such information
for another purpose.
Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose
your personally identifiable information as required by law and when
we believe that disclosure is necessary to defend our interests, defend
against claims, protect our rights (including without limitation our
Rights in the Site, its Content or our Products) or our property, or
to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served
on us or our Site. NYMCOR
and its Affiliates shall have no liability to you or any other Person
in so disclosing such information.
Choice/Opt-Out
In the event we ask you to provide personally identifiable
information, we will provide you the opportunity to 'opt out' of having
such information used for certain purposes. For example, if you
purchased a Product from us but did not wish to receive any additional
marketing material from us, you could indicate your preference on our
order form.
Also, if we provide a newsletter or promotional communications,
you may opt out of receiving them by following the instructions included
in each newsletter or communication.
If we commission a third party to collect your personally
identifiable information who is not our agent, service provider, or
outside supplier, you will be notified so you can make an informed
choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
Log Files
As true of most Web sites, we may gather certain information
automatically and store it in log files. This information would
include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet service
providers (ISPs), referring/exit pages, operating systems, date/time
stamps, and clickstream data.
We may use this information, which does not identify
individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track
users' movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information
about our user base as a whole.
We would not link this automatically-collected data to
personally identifiable information.
We may use a third-party tracking service that uses cookies
to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to
our site in the aggregate, e.g., usage and volume statistics, the purpose
of which is to let us know how the Site is being used.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on a user's computer
for record-keeping purposes. We DO NOTuse persistent cookies on this
Site, though we may use session cookies. Session cookies would make
it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires
when you close your browser, whereas a persistent cookie would remain
on your hard drive for an extended period of time.
If you reject cookies, you may still use this Site, but
your ability to use some areas of the Site, such as contests or surveys,
might be limited.
Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We may employ a software technology called clear gifs
(a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs) that would help us better manage content
on the Site by informing us what Content is effective. Clear
gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function
to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In
contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive,
clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size
of the period at the end of this sentence. We would not tie the information
gathered by clear gifs to users' personally identifiable information.
We may use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let
us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This would
allow us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications. If
you would like to opt-out of these emails, please see "Choice and Opt-out."
Links to Other Sites
This Site may contain links to other sites not owned
or controlled by NYMCOR. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies
only to information collected by this Site, and NYMCOR and its Affiliates
are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Thus,
we encourage you to (a) be aware when you leave this Site and (b) read
the privacy statements of each and every site, including without limitation
each linked site, that collects personally identifiable information.
Access to Personally Identifiable Information
If you have registered with this Site and have thereby
submitted personally identifiable information, and such information
changes, or if you no longer desire to remain registered, you may correct,
update, or delete such information by emailing user support via our
Contact Us page.
Security
The security of your personal information is important
to us. If you enter sensitive information (such as credit card
number) on our registration or order forms, we would encrypt that information
using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect
personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and
once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the
Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore,
while we try to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal
information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We, therefore
ask that you not send us highly confidential personal information unless
expressly requested by us on the Site or otherwise in writing.
Business Transitions
In the event NYMCOR, the owner of this Site, goes through
a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company,
or sale of all or some of its assets, your personally identifiable
information will likely be among the assets transferred. You
will be notified via prominent notice on this Site for 30 days of any
such change in ownership or control of your personally identifiable
information.
Changes in this Privacy Statement
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at
any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material
changes to this Policy, we will notify you by email or else by means
of a notice on our home page, or at other prominent place on the Site
we deem appropriate. Since disclosure of personally identifiable
information is contingent upon our requests for such information or
upon the offering of Products on the Site, nothing in this Privacy
Policy obligates us to make any requests for information, undertake
any actions or provide any Products (e.g., offer newsletters or a Site
registration) which will result in your disclosure of personally identifiable
information, and we need not amend this Privacy Policy when we begin
asking users for personally identifiable information, undertake any
action or provide any Products which results in such disclosure if
that disclosure is already contemplated by this Policy.
